Great way to avoid a burn

I bought the same hat for my son to use on our fishing days and it is great. Started a post retirement job working on a golf course so my daily sun exposure has gone up. Un bon modèles léger confortable

This runners cap has a small baseline fit which is easily adjusted by a velcro strap to fit my 22 5/8 size head. It is easy to organize where the neck protectors go however they do not completely cover the base of my neck when I run with a t-shirt. I generally look like a dork when I wear hats of any kind and this one is no exception: However I am confident that it will give me additional sun protection on the rare days that I go out for a run in full mid-day sun.
